South Africa's outstanding scenery and climate is a landscape photographer's paradise. Once visited, it becomes embedded in the mind's eye forever. With its multitudinous and exuberant colors, the natural environment forms a boundless land of rough, untamed mountains.

Most of the photography seen in the various sections is from here unless otherwise specified; although this is the only section displaying them as straight conventional photographed images.

This series depicts the landscape's fantastic colors at a smaller scale, reflecting the same vibrancy in the pools, rocks and tufts of grass that captured the imagination. Photographed at an odd time of the day - noon - amused me since some schools of thought recommend you pack your camera bags at that time of day.
