This glossary contains alphabetical listing of photography related terms & their definitions. They have been categorized in the following sections:

Photography Terms ::. general terms pertaining to the field of photography.
Studio Terms ::. explanation of technical terms, components and equipment used in a studio.
Darkroom Terms ::. Black & White photography and darkroom related terms.

This section of the site will always be UNDER CONSTRUCTION. The reason being that I plan to update the Glossary over time, as new terms become introduced. Hence my eventual goal is to present viewers with the most wide-ranging and thorough list of photography terms and definitions on the Internet.

Perhaps you have come across a term in a photography reference, and you don't know what it means. If it's not already in the Glossary, ask me. I will do my best to provide you with a precise, easy-to-understand definition, which will then get added to the Glossary to assist others.
